Christopher Peter Meloni has been known as a well-known American actor throughout his career. He is most known for the roles he was in "Law & Ordinance Special Victims Unit". His interest in acting began when he was in college. He studied acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. The characters he has played on television have gained him a lot of attention. The actor is able to create characters that reflect both the bad and good sides of the legal system. He has the ability to attract the attention of his audience easily. In his very first TV show, he was the role of a serial killer. Later he portrayed the role of an NYPD Investigator. The small screen performances of his have been recognized with multiple Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. It is his trademark piercing, blue eyes which have been said to make his look attractive. They have helped to convey rough characters in a charismatic manner. He was named as one of People's Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive in 2006.
